Here are some common issues and how you can resolve them:
- Account is not activated yet
You would have received an account activation email after you made your first purchase with FWD. Please click on ‘Activate your account’ to activate your FWD online services account.
- Forgot your password
You can reset your password by clicking ‘Forgot password?’ on the FWD account login page. You’ll be prompted to enter your NRIC and email address to proceed.
- Outdated FWD SG app
Please update your FWD SG app to the latest version.
- Unable to log in the FWD SG app using Singpass
