If you have just bought your first policy with us, you will receive an activation email, with instructions to activate your account and set up your password.
Thereafter, you may log in to your FWD Online Services account using your username and password. Your username is made up of the last 4 characters of your NRIC and your registered mobile number.
Alternatively, you may log in to your FWD Online Services account with Singpass.
You may also opt to reset your password:
1. Visit fwd.com.sg/portal
2. Click on 'FWD account'
3. Click on 'Forgot password?'
4. You will be prompted to enter your NRIC and email address. Click 'Submit'.
5. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile. Enter the OTP and click 'Submit'.
6. Enter a new password, and click on 'Submit'.
Note: The password should be at least 8 characters and a combination of uppercase lowercase, number(s) and special characters (i.e.: $@%!*).
