If you have just bought a policy with us for the first time, you will receive an activation email. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account, then you'll be able to log in.
If you are unable to log in with Singpass (e.g. if you are overseas), please log in with your FWD Account username and password.
If you are still unable to log in, please follow these steps to reset your password:
- Visit fwd.com.sg/portal
- Click on 'FWD account'
- Click on 'forgot password?'
- You’ll be prompted to enter your NRIC and email for a password reset link to be sent to you. You should receive the email within a few minutes, and you'll be able to reset your password using the link provided.
