Please try to log in to your FWD Online Services account with Singpass. Singpass login is available on the website and is coming soon to the FWD SG app.
If you are unable to log in with Singpass (e.g. if you are overseas), please log in with your FWD Account username and password.
If you are still unable to log in, please follow these steps to reset your password:
- Visit fwd.com.sg/portal
- Click on 'FWD account'
- Click on 'forgot password?'
- You’ll be prompted to enter your NRIC and email for a password reset link to be sent to you. You should receive the email within a few minutes, and you'll be able to reset your password using the link provided.
