What documents will I receive after successfully buying FWD’s maid insurance independent add-ons?

You will receive the following documents when you buy a maid insurance from us:

• Official receipt;
• Maid Insurance Summary;
• Maid Insurance Contract; and
• Letter of Guarantee MOM and the the Philippine Overseas Labour Office (POLO) (if applicable).
