There are three additional services provided under FWD Cancer 100 insurance.
- One-time medical second opinion consultation: We will pay for a one-time medical second opinion consultation with our service provider if the person insured is diagnosed with major cancer (late-stage cancer) through an initial evaluation while this policy is in force. Please contact us at our hotline at +65 6820 8888 (9am to 7pm – Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm – Saturday (excluding public holidays)) to initiate this service.
- Cancer concierge service: The person insured will have complimentary access to the cancer concierge service with our service provider. You can access the concierge service at concierge@icon.team (9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)) for service and general assistance relating to cancer.
- Value-Added Recovery Benefit: We will pay for cancer consultations and treatments provided by our service provider, up to the amount as shown in the table below, if the person insured is diagnosed with major cancer (late-stage cancer) while this policy is in force. We will only pay for the amount that is not covered by another insurance policy. Please contact us at our hotline at +65 6820 8888 (9am to 7pm – Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm – Saturday (excluding public holidays)) to initiate this service.
