If your NCD with FWD is 50% (for Car) or 20% (for Motorcycle), the same will apply only for the first year if you purchase the new policy with Income Insurance through an invitation email sent by FWD nearing the expiry of your FWD policy.
Do look out for the email with the instructions on how to proceed. For Car insurance, if you would like to protect your NCD in the event of a claim, do remember to include the NCD protection add-on during your purchase.
