Is my cover active right away or do I have a waiting period? I may travel overseas sometimes, does FWD’s Personal Accident insurance product cover me?

For infectious disease and food poisoning, there is a 90-day waiting period from the coverage start date.

If you are travelling overseas out of Singapore, the Personal Accident insurance product covers you for up to a maximum of 180 continuous days.

Please note that if you would like coverage for medical expenses incurred overseas, you will need to add the Medical expenses overseas for inpatient and outpatient benefit.
