If you are not a first-time user, follow the steps below to reset your username.
1. Click on ‘Forgot username?’
2. Key in your NRIC and click “Submit”
3. You will see the following message and an email will be sent to you
4. You will receive the following email with your username. You may use this to access the Customer Portal.
If you are a first-time user, you will be receiving an email inviting you to activate your Online Services account. This is the same email with which you purchased a policy from us.
