1. Key in your username and click on ‘Continue’
2. Click on ‘Forgot password?’
3. You will see the following screen. Look out for an email sent to you from FWD Singapore
4. Click the link in the email
5. Key in the OTP which will be sent to your mobile number and click on 'Continue'
6. Type in your new password according to the guidelines. Once done, click on ‘Reset password’
7. Once password is changed successfully, you will see the following message. Click on ‘Back to Customer Portal’ to log in with your new password.
