For Home policies:
You will receive an invitation to renew your policy 90 days prior to your policy expiry date. You may renew your policy once you receive the invitation.
For Maid policies:
You will receive an invitation to renew your policy 4 months prior to your policy expiry date. You may renew your policy once you receive the renewal letter from the Ministry of Manpower.
For all other General Insurance policies:
You will receive an invitation to renew your policy 30 days prior to your policy expiry date. You may renew your policy once you receive the invitation.
For Life Insurance policies:
You will receive an invitation to renew your policy one month prior to your policy renewal date and your premium will be deducted via Credit Card recurring arrangement/GIRO.
