Once you have successfully purchased your motor insurance (car and motorcycle), your insurance policy will be transmitted to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on the next working day (weekends and public holidays are excluded) and you can renew your road tax once the policy transmission to the LTA is successful.

The LTA only allows you to renew your road tax if you have insurance coverage. Please be sure to align your policy start date with your road tax start date so that you will be able to renew your road tax once the policy transmission to the LTA is successful.
