If you add-on either of the FWD TPD Rider or FWD CI Rider to your FWD Future First policy (base plan), the Home Care Support Benefit allows you to utilise up to S$5,000 from the Professional Services Benefit under your base plan for the purpose of home nursing or home modification service. The maximum payout across the Home Care Support Benefit under this rider and any other applicable riders and the Professional Services Benefit under the base plan shall not exceed S$5,000 in total.
