In addition to the information provided when obtaining a quote and details of the employer, we will need the following information about the maid:
- Name (as per passport);
- FIN;
For a new maid, you'll need to wait for the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to issue the Foreign Identification Number (FIN). You can check this by logging in as an employer on the MOM website under WP Online → Apply → Check Status → Work Permit Application.
For a renewal or transfer maid, you can find the FIN on the back of the work permit card (the number usually starts with G, F, or M), or on the passport endorsement.

New Maid refers to a maid you're engaging for the first time.
Transfer Maid refers to a maid who's currently working in Singapore and is transferring to work for you.
