Your baggage and personal belongings are covered for loss due to theft or for accidental damage. Travel documents, cash and travellers’ cheque are not considered as personal belongings.
Any claim for loss or accidental damage while under the custody, care or control of a transport or accommodation provider must first be made against the provider. Please note that we require a document issued by the provider that your claims has been rejected or been partially paid. For full details, please refer to the policy wording.
