You can use your eCard on your FWD SG app for treatments up to S$500 if:
- you received medical treatment overseas and require follow-up treatment in Singapore within 30 days of your return; or
- you fell ill or were injured during your trip and need to seek medical treatment in Singapore within 48 hours of your return, with any follow-up treatment completed within 30 days of your return.
Note:
You are required to upload evidence of your travel back to Singapore (e.g. a bus/boat/flight ticket or pass showing the date and time of your trip back to Singapore) onto your FWD SG app.
