If your policy has expired for more than 48 hours, you will not be able to view your eCard on the FWD SG app. Please refer below images for the illustration.
For single travel plan, if you have activated your eCard during the trip or within 48 hours after expiry date, the eCard is active for 30 days after expiry date.
For annual travel plan, if you have an active eCard before the policy expires, you can continue to access the eCard.
