You will receive a welcome email with the following documents when you have successfully purchased FWD Maid insurance:
- Tax Invoice;
- FWD Maid insurance summary;
- FWD Maid insurance contract; and
- Letter of Guarantee to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Philippine Overseas Labour Office in Singapore (POLO) (if applicable).
As a first-time FWD customer, you will also receive another email to activate your FWD online services account. You may log in to your account through our customer portal or FWD SG app. With the account, you can update your personal details, update your insurance details or even submit claims at your convenience.
Please click here to view the FAQ on when the security bond will be transmitted to the MOM. Once your FWD Maid insurance and security bond are successfully transmitted to the MOM, you will receive a verification email.
You may then proceed to log in to the MOM’s Work Permit Online eService to complete your maid’s work permit application. For new maids, you may only complete the work permit application once they arrive in Singapore and for transfer maids, once the policy starts.
