How do I make premium payments for my FWD policies using GIRO? – FWD Insurance

For your FWD policies, you can make premium payments via two GIRO methods in SGD.

To set up eGIRO, submit your request to contact.sg@fwd.com and include your policy number, full name and contact number. A set up link will then be sent to you.
eGIRO (Preferred method)	Term Life and Health FWD Term Life Plus insurance FWD Direct Term Life insurance FWD Critical Illness Plus insurance FWD Big 3 Critical Illness insurance FWD Cancer 2.0 Insurance FWD Heart Attack insurance FWD Stroke insurance FWD International Health	This is applicable for the participating banks stated on the ABS website, namely : Bank of China DBS Bank / POSB The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Maybank OCBC Bank Standard Chartered Bank UOB To set up eGIRO, simply follow these three steps : Select eGIRO payment on the billing organization's website Select your preferred participating bank and proceed to log in Confirm and submit your eGIRO application

Complete all the required fields in Part 1 of the form Send the completed form using our business reply envelope It will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for your bank to process your GIRO application form.
