If you made your payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow to our UEN, please note that it may take some time for your bank to transmit the payment to FWD. Once the funds are received by us, please allow up to 2 working days for the payment to be processed and receipted to your insurance policy.
Payments made on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
