Payments made through Bank Transfer or PayNow to our UEN are not reflected immediately. There may be a delay as your bank transmits the payment to FWD. Once the funds are received by us, it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to be matched and receipted to your insurance policy.
I have already made payment. Why is my policy still showing as unpaid?
